We have developed a process that ensures the successful implementation of your tailor-made projects. Our focus is on transparent communication and active exchange.


Get to know each other and discuss goals.

01-Discovery Call

During a first consultation we will discuss your current and future goals and determine the scope of work, schedule and budget. Using a suitable sample project, we explain how we normally proceed and, if necessary, we arrange a second appointment to plan the scope of your project even more precisely. Finally, we discuss the next steps.


After the Discovery Call, we will send you a summary of the project. This includes: Requirements, schedule and budget. Already here you can give feedback: We create the quote in a Google Docs document, where you can make live comments.


As soon as the general conditions for your project are clarified, we formulate the joint service agreement, which is signed digitally (e-sign).

04-Communication Setup

Communication is key for a successful project. Therefore we would like to be in direct exchange with you at any time. Of course, we are guided by your preferred medium. Our favourite: A shared channel in Slack.

05-Project Plan

Following the same line of thought of the previous point, all project participants should always be up to date. It is therefore important to centralize any planning. Once we have agreed on the communication medium, we will create the project plan, map the tasks in Airtable and invite you and your team to an overview.


Create something that captivates customers.


In order to identify the best possible design for your project, we create as many stylesheets as necessary until you are satisfied. A stylesheet summarizes your corporate identity and includes font and font size, color code, design forms and, if necessary, the logo of your project. We use the information from the previous discussions to create a meaningful design. On average, it takes 3-4 iterations of 2-3 style sheets each until our clients commit themselves. Don't worry: Your stylesheet is only used as an orientation for the creation of the wireframes and adjustments are possible at any time.
3-4 Iterations


As soon as you have decided on a favorite stylesheet, we will start creating wireframes. This means that, following the stylesheet and the speeches, we create your project in a design tool like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma. This design is the basis for the migration to Webflow in a later step. Here we create one wireframe per page/view of your application. As long as you are not satisfied with every page of your application, we will continue to iterate. Due to the previous communication, however, it usually only needs a few iterations here. The average is 4-5 feedback loops per wireframe.
4-5 Iterations


Before we start with the complete migration of your project to Webflow, we create a wireframe of your project in Webflow. With this we want to make sure that you get a feeling for how the site will behave and feel later (keyword: "look and feel"). The background for this is that the design and your actual website usually differ in terms of look and feel (screen size, browser etc.). At this point the heart of your website, the landing page, is usually migrated to Webflow in advance. This way you have a kind of click dummy after a short time.


Where the magic happens.


Now, the actual development begins. As soon as you are satisfied with your landing page, we start with the creation of the remaining pages. Here you have the possibility to give feedback at any time. You will receive daily updates from us and can check the progress of your Airtable project at any time. We start with the creation of your website for desktop screen sizes. Webflow offers a lot of functionality to easily optimize desktop pages for mobile screen sizes. If required, we also create a completely new page for mobile screen sizes. The feedback loop for this step is the most time-consuming in many projects Layout adjustments as well as feedback on animations are done on several pages and most of the time there are still basic change requests.

After you are 100% satisfied with the desktop implementation of your project, we start with the optimization for mobile devices. This step should not be underestimated: 90% of all website calls come from mobile devices. Thanks to Webflow, however, this step is implemented relatively quickly. The feedback here is very similar to the previous step.

Once the desktop and mobile sides are completed, the goal is to ensure you get the reach you deserve. Besides standard optimizations (headings H1-H4, meta tags etc.) this includes: XML sitemaps, OpenGraph, Robots.txt, redirects, BEM class names and dynamic meta data (through Webflow CMS content).


Final preparations and delivery.


Your project is now optimized and ready for release. However, we do not want to hand over a project to you that you do not understand. Therefore, we send you a handover video with Loom as well as dedicated explanations/learning hints for special features of your project.
